Ethical Capital · Membership

A curated global circle.

Membership is selective by design — bringing together capital holders and impact builders who share a commitment to integrity, contribution and long-term legacy.

Apply · Review · Selection · Invitation

Why membership is curated

Trust is built through quality, discretion and shared standards. We intentionally keep the network selective so that every introduction, conversation and opportunity carries meaning.

Two ways to belong

Capital Circle

For HNWIs, family offices, philanthropists and impact investors.

  • A private global circle of people asking the same questions.
  • Knowledge exchange and peer learning before any transaction.
  • Curated access to credible opportunities, filtered before they reach you.
  • Contribution — capital, mentorship, introductions, judgement.

Impact Builders

For founders, institutions and organisations creating meaningful impact.

  • Co-creation with people who have built things before.
  • Qualified access to aligned capital, without cold approaches.
  • Strategic partnerships: distribution, research, governance, market entry.
  • Capital matched to the problem rather than to a template.

What both sides share

Legacy is the common thread.

Personal, institutional, social, environmental, intellectual and intergenerational — the forms differ, the horizon does not. Both memberships are designed around contribution before consumption, and quality before number.

What we look for

  • Application before invitation
  • Integrity and reputation
  • Humility and a willingness to learn
  • Contribution before consumption
  • Respect for confidentiality
  • Quality over quantity
  • Global openness
  • Long-horizon thinking

Founding members

Early members help shape the norms, the standards, the programmes and the direction of the network. That is the invitation: not to join something finished, but to help decide what it becomes.

Confidentiality

Member identities, capital preferences and sensitive opportunity details are never published. Exclusivity should never depend on exposing the people who create it. What is public is the idea, the standards and the writing.

The ones worth answering plainly.

Questions

What is Ethical Capital?

Capital considered through purpose, ethics, impact, stewardship and legacy — alongside financial return where that is appropriate.

How is this different from other impact platforms?

It is being built as a private, relationship-led network rather than a marketplace. The work is understanding a member’s capital appetite, curating credible opportunities, and matching the appropriate form of capital — with knowledge, mentorship and partnership treated as part of the exchange rather than as extras.

Is this an investment fund?

No. This is a network, a curation layer and a set of relationships. Regulated investment activity, where it becomes relevant, would be conducted through appropriately licensed structures or partners.

Who can apply?

Aligned capital holders and high-quality impact builders. Acceptance is curated, and based on fit, integrity, contribution mindset and quality.

Do I need to be Muslim?

No. Ethical Capital is universal and inclusive. Haramain Legacy is Muslim-founded and values-rooted, and the network is designed to serve humanity broadly.

What kinds of capital are considered?

Depending on fit: philanthropy, waqf, zakāt-eligible giving, catalytic and patient capital, impact investment, debt, equity and ethical commercial capital.

Are early-stage founders eligible?

Yes. All stages are considered where the founder, the problem, the integrity and the impact potential are compelling.

How private is the network?

Member identities, capital preferences and sensitive opportunity data are protected. What is public is the idea, the standards, selected writing and selected cases.

Does membership guarantee funding or introductions?

No. Membership creates a curated environment for alignment, knowledge and possible connection. Outcomes depend on fit, readiness and mutual interest, and nothing here is promised.
